Motion Blur when dodging

Honestly a motion blur makes it look so much more dramatic(Ik you can't see it in the gif below clearly)

Yeah, that's would be sweet. And maybe if you use chakra to dodge, you look like a blur like rock lee and Shisui

It should be able to be turned on and off by players who can't run it without considerable extra lag. It should also only be possible for a player who trains their dodging and speed to a certain (relatively high) level in my opinion.
