Hebi is still in the consideration phase. We have a lot of apps for Hebi but if all of the applicants have a weak affinity towards Hebi then none of them will be chosen and Hebi will be open until the right candidate applies. Thats why I encourage you guys to only apply for the zodiac that fits you. Take a look at the brief description of each zodiac and use that for which one you should apply for.
