I want to apologize to the people who've applied to be a Jyuunishin and haven't gotten an answer back.
So that everyone knows going forward this is how you'll know if you're accepted or not.

If I see your application and I respond to it with. "Approved. Welcome (insert zodiac)" you're approved. 
If I see your application and I respond to it with. "Thank you for applying". This will mean that your application is either under consideration or denied   

The people who get instantly approved this means that you're the perfect fit for the zodiac you've applied for based on the way you communicate on the forum and your reputation on the forum. The 2 biggest factors of getting approved is 1. I check all your posts you've ever made on this forum and match it with your zodiac personality 2. Your reputation around the forum, the way you interact with other people in game and on the forum. For new people, yes, being new will make it difficult to be accepted until you have a bit of a track record here.

The people who get under consideration/denied this means that for the jyuunishin you applied for, you were either not a strong match OR you are around the same match percentage as others who have applied, kinda like whats going on with Hebi
