Earning Jutsu In Deathmatch

When Deathmatch comes out. I think there should be some basic jutsu, such as fire ball jutsu, Clone jutsu etc. But I think there should be some advanced jutsu, that are only obtainable when you get to a certain ELO Point. These Jutsu could include, Chidori, Water dragon jutsu, Shadow clone jutsu. Also, I think there should be healing jutsu in Deathmatch, for those that want to practice for the full game.
