And yeah I see what you mean. Well, guess  it's about time I learn some photoshop to paint textures instead of downloading them  (I know how to unwrap meshes but painting textures for them always scared me a little bit)

Not bad, what that caught my eye is the Tessaiga's blade that's kind off messy... But not bad in general, you're improving, that's good.

When I made the Tessaiga I was really tired (I think it was about 2PM and I couldn't sleep so I was trying to make time pass).  And clothes are going to improve, these two were my first.

No need to say sorry for that, it's ok, everybody makes mistakes, and that was a simple one ^^ and again, you did a great job, go on! Continue training!

What software are you using for creating 3d models, textures and materials? Blender, 3DS Max, Maya, UDK (I guess you can make in UDK too, if I remember correctly)...?

These models were all made in blender, but I am currently switching to 3ds max. For texturing I use photoshop and to be honest that's the part I find the most difficult.

I'll learn once again Blender soon. 3DS Max is very good, but it isn't free neither open source like Blender (which unfortunately is made in Python, I'd like it was a language that I'm studying in order to help them in a near future). Is it possible to make textures in Blender?

Yes there is the texture paint mode in which you can draw on the model in the viewport or on the unwraped UV layout.
Are you going to learn it as a 3d modeling software or as a game engine?
