There will be many other Organizations left to be battled that still have to be created.
This game will be huge when it is a full MMO so dont worry about having no players to battle ^^
And i wont ally everybody.

We already have 3 Kaminarigakure Pisukipa.
One of them is bloberfish and he wont be replaced anytime soon.
Another is Nova who has shown a lot of promise on the current game and in addition is a really nice guy - he will not be replaced.
The last Pisukipa is Husky who is really nice and is also Remi's girlfriend.

Every Kami Pisukipa is pretty reliable and will not be replaced any time soon.
If you really are looking to replace one of them you'd have to befriend a lot of Roguhanta members and get their vote as each of those people are pretty close to those with power in the organisation.
