Aoi Justu Suggestions

I'm extremely sorry. I could not find the Jutsus Suggestion Thread, so I'll just make a topic of all my suggestions.
I've done a lot of research for this, so I hope at least one jutsu might be used in this game  :/ 

1. Tetorodotokishin No Jutsu
Explanation of justu: This justu is basically a poison fog that attacks the enemy, or the character is able to surround itself with poison for a certain amount of time for defense . This poison is tetrodotoxin. It was inspired by Hanzo's salamander poison. This poison destroys cells slowly, causing paralysis, respiratory failure by the swelling of the lungs, weakness and many more effects.
How I came up with the name: Since it's Textrodoxtin poison, I just searched up the translation for the word in japanese and this came up. The whole translation for "Tetrodoxtoxin Poisoning" is "Tetorodotokishin chūdoku", but I just shortened it for a better sounding name.
Jutsu class: Forbidden.

2.Kaminari no kami No Jutsu
Explanation of jutsu: This jutsu is just a simple lightning attack that will make the user unable to mold their chakra correctly by cutting of all electricity connections in their brain. I really tried to make it similar to Tsunade's body pathway derangement, but I did not know exactly what to do.
How I came up with the name: Again, I just used translation ( I always will). The name for the jutsu in English is "Lightning God".
Jutsu class: Not sure.

3.Hakai o fuku No Jutsu
Explanation of jutsu: This jutsu basically repells all attacks with wind (if the characters chakra is stronger than the opponents). If charged all the way, this jutsu will also create a series of massive tornadoes and possibly kill if the enemy has low health.
How I came up with the name: The translation for this justu means "blowing destruction"
Justu Class: Don't know

I think only really strong shinobi should use them because they are really powerful
