Addressing Inactive Moderators

SLO currently has four moderators.
2 of those moderators are active, Saitou and Cedie (Biometallurgy)

The other two, as nice and good as they are, are very inactive.

Xendrus...
Indigo and Xendrus were meant to be the so called "social media gurus", yet only the Facebook is kept updated. With two people, updating two social media websites would be a breeze. I think there should be someone to man the Twitter.


I have no quarrels with them, but I don't think it's sensible to have inactive moderators.
Saitou, from what I know is head of managing the development team.
And Cedie is a global moderator and does the majority of moderating the forums and shoutbox.
The other two are currently not helping SLO as a community.

I'd suggest removing their rank temporarily and have someone do their job until they come back; or, if the substitute does well maybe replace them.

Inactive mods don't hurt anyone but yeah the aren't doing their job they might have personal reasons for that though... I do think that there should be more mods so that the weight of moderating is equally balanced on each. Other than that inactive mods don't hurt anyone, We can recruit subsitutes.

Bio is actually now the social media guy, but all of that as well as being the main person "patrolling" the forums must be quite hard. I agree that someone else should be recruited, at least temporarily, to help with manning the forums.

I'll agree with that, M4 used to be the most active of the mods, but then again he was also the most...temperamental. Bio does a good enough job of it, but I think he probably could use a little bit of help.

Honestly I don't understand why you guys keep saying bad things about M4. Honestly he was a great mod, putting people who were annoying and rude to him to their place and kept order. No need to say bad things about him.

^ Everyone thought he was rude to EVERYONE but I know that was not the case.... He was only rude to those who were douchebags, salty little pricks and people who thought they could insult people and get respect in return.... Anyone who was friends with him knew that and accepted it.... Honestly it is what a mod does to idiots...... Sometimes he picked unnecessary fights like with Leebz but who doesn't? Even he is human...... My point being, imho he did a pretty decent job as a mod, better than 3/4 th of us could do (no offense to anyone).

Most of the questions I got recently are bugs related and honestly, I'm not the most technical moderator - something Vreg really knows, hahaha . Simple questions like ''how to put sig'', ''how to edit my profile'', ''how to play the game'' are the ones I can really answer. However, I'm trying to do my best to answer your questions but most of it were already answered in FAQ section, hence what's left to me are the hard ones . I also work outside this forum, like promoting and etc., otherwise accommodate new members and keep old members glued together lest they leave. I really don't want to speak for myself but we have to clarify things. As with m4, please move on, we're still friends, but leaving was his choice and that makes us sad . The other two mods are probably busy with their lives, but Xendrus do come on skype to discuss. Then, no question about Saitou's dedication. After a year of inactivity or not renewing their commitment, I believe Vreg is sensitive enough to take necessary actions.

Thank you, thank you, thank you and please don't forget to promote this game to your friends. Anyway, more jutsus are to come - better and more exciting jutsus, and yes secret jutsus come with riddles, haaaaard but fun riddles.
