Question about kekke genkai and stuff like that

Regarding KKG there is very small chance of getting that one, don't even count on it.
It's random i believe the chance was 0.02% or something like that.

isn't it 5% to get the nature you want? 25% to generally get one?

I cant remember who, but someone from the dev team, or maybe even Vreg said something about it being a 25% chance of getting a KKG. They also said they were thinking of an increased chance for donies... which would be dead. Maybe im just imaganing this, idk

Then a lot of people would be OP.

Not if balance is achieved in the characters skills and stats. But that is a different topic. And I'm tired of trying to convince people it's the way to go.
