Nothing specific from the Naruto universe will exist in ours. That in mind, neither the Uchiha nor the Sharingan will be part of it. As for the reason a clan named Randamu has as its leader someone who does not have Randamu as his last name, and also, why the members of what basically is a blood related family is having ranks, that is none of my business.

When I said Kekkei Genkai I meant like Combined Chakra Natures like Scorch, Storm, etc., rather than Dojutsu and such.
Fixed my name to go along with that rule (I came up with the name idea after I posted this so I hadn't changed it at that time yet).
Also for why there are ranks and the reasons for some of the rules is for the clan to work hand-in-hand well enough for my character since he's a dark, evil, and violent character, and for organization.

Fixed the clan and village thing, I want there to be a Haigakure clan though, so I can have a clan.

Description of the character's personality: Emotionless, merciless, and hateful. Ryu has more hate than most people do, with reasons he refuses to explain. Ryu is mysterious and dark, which gives him a villainous outlook. On the inside Ryu is able to feel positive emotions but some in a more twisted way, example: joy from others' pain.

Description of the character's history: After being born to Sarada Uchiha and Boruto Uzumaki, Ryu was given a choice at the age of seven: to take the Uchiha name or the Uzumaki name. Ryu chose the former because he idolized his father and his grandfathers, Naruto Uzumaki and Sasuke Uchiha, and wanted to be a hero like them. By choosing to be an Uzumaki, Boruto sealed half of Kurama's (Kyuubi) chakra in him (kind of how Minato did it with Naruto except the Yin-Yang is equal, its just simply half of Kurama's chakra and he would therefore be able to eventually rebuild his chakra to full power on his own). After Ryu learned the horrors of war from tales told by Kurama, the Kyuubi gave Ryu some control over his chakra and with nothing in return since the fox didn't really care about anything after Naruto's death. Unfortunately however, after becoming a Genin and watching his cousin Hanarini Hyuuga, daughter of Himawari Uzumaki and Kenji Hyuuga, die at his feet he changed. He became more conservative, aggressive, and relatively violent. With that change came the Sharingan, and Ryu began to research the Sharingan at the clan compound and the Naka Shrine. After maturing his Sharingan by continuing missions with his remaining teammate after becoming Chunin, and ruthlessly killing his enemies with devastating Fire release jutsu, Ryu learned the truth behind the Mangekyou Sharingan. He also learned the truth behind Sasuke's Mangekyou, its powers and the powers of all the previous Mangekyou to date. Learning what this kind of advancement could bring, he murdered his remaining teammate in his sleep, framing another Chunin and awakening his own Mangekyou Sharingan. After continuously using his Mangekyou to discover its powers (Kamui in his left, Kotoamatsukami in his right) and discovering his Susanoo (black with lance and shield, and Yasaka Magatama), his eyesight began to deteriorate. He searched for Sasuke's eyes, believing them to be hidden somewhere within the Uchiha compound. He eventually found them with his grandmother Sakura Haruno in her grave. Then, he stole the eyes and had his mother do the operation for him, having her believing the eyes to be her original eyes. After the transplant, Ryu had new light, along with the newfound abilities of Amaterasu and the ability to control these black flames. Thus, giving him the newfounded power of Enton (Scorch Release). After recieving his new light, he declared that he was now a "true Uchiha". Then he bottled up his own original eyes and left the village, slicing a scratch through the Konoha symbol in his headband. After wandering for several years, he came across Madara's hideout, where he studied the scrolls Madara left behind and mastered his Enton, learned Katon: Goka Mekkyaku (Fire Release: Great Fire Annhilation), mastered the Katon: Gokakkyu no Jutsu (Fire Release: Great Fireball Technique), and worked on training with the Kyuubi's chakra. He even discovered that he could use Kurama's chakra in conjuction with his Susanoo, giving surprising effects. It wrapped around the chakra like armor, so when he even used only a tiny bit and activated his Susanoo, he could effectively wrap it around his own body with no drawbacks. During this entire time he had learned a lot of Sasuke's life story, Madara's life story, and even some of Obito's life story. With all that knowledge he could very well see the horrors of war in his sleep, night after night. Armed with the knowledge and strength to rock the Shinobi World, Ryu decided it was time for fun. He slaughtered hundreds of citizens and shinobi alike to harden his emotions and learn to lock them away. Thus, causing him to become the ominous person that he is today.

EDIT: a lot of the story doesn't really work since there's no Uchiha, Konoha, or Jinchuuriki but I'm too lazy to fix it so please bear with the fragmented story for the time being at least
