Yes as is clearly stated in the OP.

Anyway, we've decided to wait until we get a Japanese translator on the team who can help us find a name for the village. Most guys here are using Google Translate which is not reliable for Japanese. We want the name to make sense in Japanese, not just sound good.
I can speak and translate some Japanese if you need help with a name for a village

By leaving alone your other nature, iryo ninjutsu, taijutsu and genjutsu you could master one nature at an advanced level in just a few months.
Will different natures be harder to master then others?

Interesting. Though a lot of people would be mad if they worked on a character for a while just to lose it all in one battle.
