Hi unno. The answer to your question is no and no. Killing for peace and killing for revenge are two different things.  Even though his family was killed by rogue ninjas cobratachi  created Ronin to hunt and kill rogue ninja for peace not for revenge. Now if I would have stated I would find and kill the rogue ninja that killed my family that is revenge.

We all take different paths in life to achieve our goals.  In the end nami no kishi's goals is to kill and hunt rogue ninjas. Though our paths and views  might be different our dedication to kill and hunt rogue ninjas are the same.
