Chakra Nature: Lightning / Wind (Swift Release)
Jutsu Range: Melee - The jutsu can be launched at any range, Chakra consumption depends on range.
Effects if hit: If hit, the target will be paralyzed for a duration of 3 seconds after the jutsu is used on them and take medium damage
