I agree with this suggestion. It will be more fun with more ways of using sword like we can add chakra in sword while attacking to give more damage and increase speed of sword

How about we choose what type of jutsu we want our shinobi to learn. we can master tyjutsu if we want or genjutsu and even learn all of them one after another. We can learn to use sword or just use kunai.  Everything we learn is our own decision.
