Have you tried these options:i did but i have this problem too
-Running the game as an administrator.
-Turning off your firewall / making it an exception.
-Turning off your antivirus.
-Made sure you downloaded the correct version.
-Restarted your computer
If none of that helped it is most likely out of our hands.
