Well if the game is based has been taken from world of warcraft, for example: the Horde (the negative characters, fairy tail, bleach, naruto), the Alliance (positive characters, fairy tail, bleach, naruto), mixed city and the opportunity to become Hokage (given some opportunities in the game), become a master (as in fairy tail, and learning), to create teams (platoon, or even the whole Guild)
