1) Make sure you are using the right version of SLO, go to Start menu > My computer (right click it)> properties and next to system type it shows you if your system is 32-bit or 64-bit ... Download the correct client from the download sections according to that.
2) Try lowering your graphics settings to fastest, preferably try and keep your resolution the same on both your PC monitor and client.
3) Update your graphic card driver and check if you have enough disk space and RAM.
4) make sure you have any needed perquisites to run SLO.
