Great story, it was really intriguing to read and it has the best English I have ever seen. 

Tbf yes the development has been slow for a while, but the team is working pretty hard most days.

- Throwing around new ideas
- Optimising the Village
- Creating new animations

& finally, as you mentioned

- Recruiting more DEVS

In fact in my whole time of being here in this community so basically since (August 4th 2016) I haven't seen the DEV team recruit as many DEVS and get this much work done for a while, but recently that seems to all be changing. In fact, just over these last 4 or so months, the Dev team has recruited a few new devs.

Oh and trust me when I say this because I am in the Developer discord chat, it's not dead. At least Everyday the DEVS are throwing around ideas and showing off what they have made for the game. I just hope it stays that way.
 

Oh jeez, no wonder you are seeing pink, those parts are so old it's no wonder you can't run the game properly.  Sorry to say this but you are a long way away from being able to run the game properly or even at all.

I could recommend a few parts you could take a look at which could definitely run this game no problem at max settings and are relatively cheap compared to most higher end parts. Of course, I don't know if you would be willing to buy them and if you are willing to buy new pc parts, I don't know what your budget is.


Anyway I recommend the following parts

Graphics Card - GTX 1050ti 4gb (Not the non-ti version as it only has 2gb VRAM)
Processor - i5 4460
Motherboard - Gigabyte Ga-h18m-hd3

RAM - DDR3 Corsair Vengeance (I suggest at least getting 8GB of RAM)

I know you are from a different country so the prices will probably be a lot higher for you than they are for me, so you should check these parts out for yourself online.

i think maybe if we do include level-ups, you can have a choice to increase chakra regen. I dunno, its just a thought.

Bit of a weird time to respond considering 1.1.0.5 is out now :/ . Regardless though, things like levelling up, learning new skills and choosing different abilities for your shinobi such as fast chakra regen (If the final game ever includes those types of abilities) won't be in the game until way later, and I mean way later. 

I'd say you should expect these types of things in the Beta or in the Alpha at the earliest since the game is currently in it's (Pre-Alpha stage) as I'm sure you are already aware of.
