As of now...no!!! No non  elemental jutsu other then medical and genjutsu.

So no puppet master and no rasengan

rasengan is a wind jutsu

A man sits in a corner of the Shogekihagakure tavern. His silver hair drapes over his shoulder and down his back. He bears the robes of the Godai Temple and medallion with three embers equidistance from each other along the rim at the top, left, and right sides. He is then met by a pair of young ninja. The male was tall, pale skinned, and wore a chunin’s uniform. The woman was a few inches shorter than the male she accompanied also chunin. The chunin asks finally, “You are Gin Chiheisen correct?” The questioned lifts his head and replies “My identity is my own, and you need not know.” At this moment, the woman slams her fist on the table “Old man! We have not traveled all this way to find you and get blown off like this. It is clear it is you by the way you looked up to the question!” She angrily proclaimed. This one is very adamant. “Fine it is me, but what do you want?” Gin retorts with the same composure as before. “We have heard of your great prowess in Earth style jutsu, and were wondering if you could give us a little insight on how you got so good with the style.” The man replied with a stern and focused visage. “First you would have to understand my upbringing, so let’s start at the Academy.”

“In the Academy, my class was deemed the star pupils. We were assumed to just be great ninja. Well, all except for me. I just barely passed any and all tests, both physical and mental. The faculty, my clan, and my peers felt I would be useless…at least until that day….”

Flashback

In the Academy courtyard, Gin stood with his arms crossed as his former classmate took his stance. They were finally going to spar after not having a chance to since graduating to Genin. Ken, his classmate and the number one student, was a lightning style user who was very confident in his close range combat ability. Naturally, Ken engaged first with a flurry of chakra laced punches and kicks that were strong, but wild, something Gin could handle with relative ease. Gin deflects a punch aimed at his face and shadow clone appears to put Ken in a full nelson. Ken turns quickly and dispatches the clone, then turns to fight Gin, who had jumped backward about 10 feet, leaving a small hole in place. Gin smirks and waves Ken over as a taunt, and Ken bit, running full speed toward Gin with his newly learned technique: chidori. Gin flips over Ken and grabs his collar, throws him in the air, landing over the hole, and launches a shadow clone at him. Ken then kills the clone after using it to gather momentum to get to Gin.

By this time, many villagers had come to witness this sparring match. Teachers and Team Leaders baffled that these Genin had such skill in them. The audience cheered for Ken to beat Gin, whom everyone thought wasn’t fit to be a Genin. Ken collided with Gin and a cloud of dust appeared. When the dust settled, Ken was kneeling over Gin with a knifehand to his neck with Gin holding Ken’s wrist. “I win Gin.” He confidently states. Gin raises an eyebrow and suddenly turns to stone, locking Ken in place. Ken and the crowd gasped bewildered, when a pair of hands grab Ken’s ankles and pull him underground, leaving his head exposed. “Actually I do.” Gin scoffs as he pops out of the hole in triumph. The crowd fell silent, then abruptly clamors to Gin. Raising him over their shoulders as Ken is helped out of the Headhunter Jutsu.

Back to the Present

Gin sips some tea in finality. “The Academy is nothing more than a stepping stone. It was my training as a Genin that started my growth.” He continued, “I could tell you more about my previous training, or more about myself, but that is your choice.” The Chunin across from them pondered on their response before saying….

Why do you want to join this clan: I feel i'd fit better in this clan both personally and character wise. I like the story of how this clan came to be and i respect its belief in balance. Also being that my character was born in the hidden shockwave village this would probably be the clan he would be born into if any.

What can you bring to the clan: I'd be good at gathering information. My character is known for getting out of pretty bad situations un-scathed and comes up with very good strategies that have a low percent chance of failure.

Summarization: Good luck with the org, but I hope you aren't just gonna troll post and bully non vegans like I see vegans do all over the internet and real life. If you are going to do this, please leave because we don't need a bunch of strife coming because of pettiness like what food everyone eats. Clan history: Long ago, there was a man of the Hidden Volcano Village, who was born into a fire based clan, but he himself was an Earth chakra specialist. His clan resented him, and as he grew older, he grew to disagree with his clan and village. The volcanos that were near the village sent ash to the sky in great volumes, so Dai never saw a pure sunrise until he was older and leading his own squad. One day, a fight broke out between Dai and a clans mate over the outcome of  mission. The end result was Dai's banishment, cursed to walk alone until he would be killed by his former clan.

A few months passed and Dai found The Hidden Shockwave Village. The village welcomed him, and he soon found love. On a warm summer evening, Dai and his lover watched the sun set. At that point, Dai found the true value of the Horizon, splitting existence in two, and showing how everything has a place, no matter how big or small. So Dai donned the surname Chiheisen, meaning Horizon, and started a new legacy in the Hidden Shockwave. One that values balance in all things, hence its symbol, containing a triangle bearing the words mind, body, and ki. In the middle there is a Yin Yang symbol, the truest symbol of balance.

Unique traits: Chiheisen Clan members are typically Earth Style users, but are also Lightning Style users. All clan members have either brown, black, silver/grey, or white hair. 

Strengths: The Chiheisen are proficient in Ninjutsu and Fuinjutsu. Mildly proficient in Genjutsu

Weaknesses: Genjutsu is typically a weakness to the Chiheisen, and expert Taijutsu users are a detriment to them.

Explanation: All Chiheisen are put into a category, Earth or Sky. Earth stylists go into the Earth category, and Lightning stylists go into the Sky category. The most trusted of each become Seneschals of each group. The Seneschal's job is to relay info to the leader about village and clan matters that they come across. They also recommend the strongest and most trusted 3 ninjas from each group to become part of the Twilight Guard. Lastly, the Seneschals will meet with leader to discuss political matters. The Twilight Guard is a group of 6 ninjas that can be trusted with high level missions including escorting the village Kage, accompanying the clan leader to meetings that he/she (if Gin were to die and a woman took over), assassinations of deserters of the clan, and of course the defense of the village. In the case that the current leader dies, the Seneschal of the opposite group as the latest leader takes the mantle. So for example, if Gin dies, since he is part of the Earth category, the Sky Seneschal takes his place. If in the case that Seneschal doesn't want the spot, it differs to the other Seneschal. If both decline, the clan must have a vote. NO CLAN BASED MISSIONS MAY BE UNDERTAKEN WHILE THERE IS NO LEADER IN OFFICE.
