There are several suggestions on how this could work but nothing confirmed yet.

Rasanshuraken: likely
This might be a high level wind style jutsu with a different name. Probably wind shurakin or something.

But none of this will happen any time soon!

Don’t expect too much!! I had huge hopes for this game and if the kenjutsu is any indication genjutsu will be just as week. It’s like the only thing that they polish is map graphics and ninjutsu. Everything else is unimportant. And that’s just sad.

You can’t @The Cliche Cat !
People will always try and copy some style they see that works well. However if instead of tweeking jutsu, if you have a multitude of jutsu that work well you will get a verity of good combination and you won’t be able to predict which one they will use.This is why character customization is so important. That way all jutsu can be the best version and the character skills is what gets better and determined what awesome jutsu you can learn.

Ideally you should be able to some extent choose from a combination of change in forms, chakra nature, chakra power, and focuse to discover jutsu(ninjutsu only, fuinjutsu and genjutsu would have other requirements like formula, imagination, extra) And you could only discover the ones you have the skills to perform. But that apparently is to complicated. So sad!!
So it’s not about grinding the most chakra control, but grinding all your skills.

Now that’s not to say that some jutsu might get better effects the more you use them but That should not be the end all be all of jutsu performance. The combinations of jutsu you can use with the resorses and skills you train should be what makes you unique.

Well unless some  serious support and money is put into this project , it will not be finished before the boruto series ends. And if it is not finished by then then people will lose Intrest in the concept and move on to the next awesome anime out there!

This is alittle diffrent because it is actualy the Pen and Paper RPG im writeing because this game is taking so long. but i pulled almost everything form what i have in this thread.

it will actuly use a combination of dice rolls and card play for combat

First whatasnipe is the PR guy for the game and lore writer!! He only posts the deves progress that they give him!! Matt designed most of hidden hill!

Second code is something Vreg wants to do himself! I think the idea behind it is to limit the conflict between opposing ideas on core machanics... witch makes sense!! Less bugs and lest time debugging that way!!
 As for models and assets I think the community could contribute but there’s no garintee there work would end up in the game.
And if we did this we would need at least 11 modelers not including Matt. Because each would have there own style each could do a village ,1 could focuse on equipment assists and Matt could then focus on mission design and connective territory between villages!
However even with this support if vreg codes this game get myself it will still be over 15 years if he writes 1000 lines of code each day, before all the code for the game is finished! If vreg could devide the work in to separate fields such as:
 combat,
 character design/development,
 and economic/carriers.

And the people doing it know how to leave space for the overlapping elements then we could get it down to 2-5 years!!

It’s bin 360 days since the last dev blog!!
I know code migration take awhile but come on!! We have the same map- even though the hidden hill has bin ready Since the last Dev blog! Kenjutsu!! Yeah the same speed based lancer attack that we have had since then too!
No new jutsu, stamina, or healing system, and these are very basic systems for a game like this!! What’s worse is that the community is largely died because other games of this type are making leaps and bounds in there development process! They’re still not as pritty as SLO but looks are not everything!! Next update on this thread will be in SEP. 2 2018 6 months from now!! Let’s take a post poll!! Post yes if you think we will have an update before then and post no if you think I will post an update first!!

But even though it’s a lot of work to do a real system you can’t just Have a chakra and stamina bar that grows a little and replenishes at a fixed rate or slightly faster as you train, and role play everything else!! It won’t work it will not only end up unbalanced because we’re promised no restrictions or limitations on what we can learn, but it will end up being unrealistic to the point of tha kaguya arc of naruto shapudden!! And I think we can all agree that was a bad idea!!

The complications is not in the understanding of the system but in the programming of it!!Its why this thread is every technical and is very specific as to how everything should work!!  To make It as simple and effective as set up in this system it will require a lot of code to make it work right with out bugs and it would need to be done by someone who fully understands the system and ideas behind it!! And I know that is time and energy that vreg just cannot commit to this project!! And we don’t have the financial backing to put in to it! And we can’t get it ether with the lack of progress in the world assets and maps we currently have, and the fact that it takes more then a year to update the game!
Any investor would look at the time table for the game so far and say it’s to high risk to invest in! The idea is brilliant and the forum is making money in adds so if vreg is not willing to go Invest his time why would anyone else invest there money?

A shinobi forged into a reflection of yourself as you live your life in the Shinobi Life Online world. An open world so immersive that you experience it as living another life instead of playing a game.

Every feature of Shinobi Life Online aims to create and simulate a realistic virtual shinobi world. Villages, economies, political systems, war mechanics, survival mechanics and advanced jutsu mechanics are some of the basic requirements of this. Even virtual recreation (e.g. a bathing house), a housing system and a marriage system will be incorporated in order to make the Shinobi Life Online experience feel more life-like. However instead of a real and accurate chakra and stamina system we get this comment from vreg!!

I've been thinking about what system we should go with for energy and I'm not sure whether following Naruto is the right path here. Separating physical and spiritual energies seems like a good idea but then chakra becomes kind of redundant, nothing but a formality basically. If a jutsu requires 200 chakra what it really requires is 100 spiritual and 100 physical energy. So I was thinking maybe it's a better idea to scrap spiritual and physical energies altogether and simply talk about stamina and chakra as completely separate entities.

Essentially ninjutsu would require mostly chakra, but it would also require some stamina, in contrast taijutsu would require mostly stamina but a form of enhanced taijutsu could require some chakra as well. Things like Genjutsu could be completely exempt from stamina and only require chakra.

This is a more clear system with less confusion and I have a feeling that the Naruto system would unnecessarily overcomplicate things.

What do you guys think, what I just suggested or would you prefer the actual Naruto system?

This shows a complete lack of understanding of not just what chakra and stamina are but how there used?
And is so basic and generic that it will  completely fail to live up to the realistic vertical life of a ninja we were promised!! This post may get me banned but I almost don’t care anymore!!

I’m starting to feel like I have casted pearls before swine with this thread!! When you read over the game description on the welcome page again you read a bout a game that promise freedom both in character customization and game play. But apparently not when it comes to chakra and stamina development!! I’m actually angry at myself for believing in this game! Thank you to the people that supported and helped develop this system!! I’m sorry it was such a waist of time!!

It was not long ago we had people writing story's with are form characters and doing written tournaments!! Look at what a lack of development has done to use!!
