Actually, not true. What we see of Narutos Genin trials are the ending. (Which Naruto fails.) They probably took many theory tests prior to showing they can make a clone. They was taught much more than that as seen by the other jutsu they used when set into squads.
Lol I'm all saying is that naruto's class didn't through hard test cause then the theory must not have too bad if naruto could get to the ending stage or maybe he just failed all lol
