Tsukegami Hari has white spiky hair above dark-red eyes. He is tall and is used to be considered as the smartest ninja of the village.

He wears a white long sleeve shirt with a dragon on it under a red and black cloak with short sleeves, black flame like patterns on the lower side of the red cloak, he wears black fingerless gloves, dark-red pants, and wears black boots. He has the clan symbol printed on the left shoulder of his cloak. The headband on his forehead is the special headband of the Village hidden by the Hills which tells that he has successfully graduated from the academy and is now a full-fledged ninja.

Tsukegami Hari is healthy, energetic, excitable, short tempered, but sometimes stubborn. However he is honest, sensitive, brave and can inspire trust in most anyone. He will do whatever it takes to protect his comrades, as well as save the village and SLO from danger of course. Though he does get a bit worried when his comrades are in trouble, he is never frightened and is always ready to face any hardships in protecting his comrades. No matter what disadvantages he faces, he never backs down from a challenge. He is always pumped up, ready to battle, never gives up, and fights till the end. "That's what make's one a ninja!" he says.

Tsukegami Hari was born into one of the most famous and well known clan and was also reputed to be the village's most powerful clan, producing shinobi that were exceptionally talented and battle-oriented, and in possession of an enormous amount of chakra.
Up until the age of 7, he lived a life of luxury amidst the members of the Tsukegami noble class. But after the death of his parents, he lived alone as he did not have a sibling. Nao Tsukegami, a powerful shinobi adopted him, he became his mentor and trained him to a variety of jutsu. Thanks to his mentor Tsukegami Hari passed the academy with flying colors and became a genin.
He has this powerful urge to protect his comrades and has a special bond with his village which makes him keep on going to become a powerful ninja.
His ninja team consisted of a medical ninja and a taijutsu master (names to be listed) and his sensei (name to be listed). Together they worked really hard to complete several B and C ranked missions.
The time had finally come for him to show his skills in the chuunin exams. He failed to impress the examiners in his first try but with strong urge for power had become the best genin in the village till he had his second try. He had finally become a chuunin.
Tsukegami Hari with the blood of the nobel Tsukegami Clan running through his veins had natural talent. With the help of his sensei he groomed his abilities and became a Jounin.
By the time he had reached the age of 24, he was known as one of the best jounin of his village and had completed several S ranked missions along with his fellow team mates.
On an offer from his step father nao tsukegami, he gladly accepted his offer to join an elite organization Jyuunishin.
He actively protected SLO from major threats, organizations, beasts etc. and was known as ryu (dragon) in the organization due to his personality traits.
One day without telling anyone he left the village and started on his journey to search power. He was not seen for years but he had been in contact with the leader of his organization (Nao Tsukegami). Until one day when he came back to the village with a greater power. He is now known by the name of 'Tsukegami Beast' in the whole shinobi world.
