My guess is that after so long, it took more than just a simple kunai in the face and bam you're done. People were too good for that stuff. (Byakugan, Sharingan, Rinnegan) So they started developing more useful techniques to get the job done. Not only single target attacks, (Rasengan, Chidori) but AoE attacks as well, (Fire Style: Fireball Jutsu, Water Style: Water Dragon Jutsu.)

« on: August 12, 2014, 03:47:55 »I used to play a Naruto game that you train your Chakra, Ninjutsu, Genjutsu, etc separately. If you used a lot of Ninjutsu, then that skill increased. Justu had a minimum requirement of the stats to unlock it. Like a fire kick would be 50 ninjutsu skill and 30 taijutsu skill to unlock. Just an example.
