Teleportation is part of Rinnegan, its basicly his rinnegan unique ability, btw, Naruto also has rasenshuriken, he is also faster than Sasuke, and maybe he has some jutsu he still didnt reveal, who knows, maybe Minato taught him Shunshin and the rest of the jutsus in their bijuu conscioness

Yea, I think the one eyed ghoul is either Jason or the old man. I don't really get how all of the sudden Kaneki's hair is white.
Because of too much stress during torturing, his nails changed color, and so did his hair, its like in real life, if you worry too much, your hair will start going white :)
