The Kagetame organizaton was founded in a fighting arena afters years of searching for the strongest people and shinobi.
A Shinobi Named Chorbito gathered the most powerfull people from all villages in the world and brought them to one place.
The gathering place was a fighting arena where all the gathered people started killing eachother until 25 of them remained.
The remained 25 alive people were accepted in the Kagetame Organization for beeing the most dangerous people in the world.

Rule the world by controlling everyone.
