A clan is basically a family. One who has the same last name as another will automatically join the latter's clan. Basically, someone creates a character called Shikamaru Nara and then someone else creates Shikaku Nara. Shikaku automatically becomes part of the Nara clan led by Shikamaru. Organizations, on the other hand, are groups of people who share a common goal or ideal.

Sasuke was a direct descendant of Indra born from a mother and father of the same clan. If anything, Sarada's blood has been strongly diluted by Sakura's. I have my doubts that Sarada will be able to awaken the Rinnegan through unconventional means.
Even in the sage's family each generation gradually grew weaker. Sarada MAY have some benefits from being the daughter of someone with Sage chakra but she's far from having what it takes to awaken the Sharinnegan. She and Bolt aren't even reincarnations of the Sage's sons...

The game will use a toon shader similar to the one in the SR video.
I think it should have more matte colors instead of very much details on the clothing:
But then again, the UNS 3 Kakashi model is way higher poly than the one we're using at the moment, hence why it looks so much better:
Hopefully we can get as close as possible to UNS 3 graphics with lower poly characters.

Those are called Summonings and at the moment it is undecided whether they will exist in the SLO verse. There're pros and cons to implementing them.
