What he wears: He wears the blue robe of the leaders of Roguhanta, along with his Hidden Snow headband black pants, and a green long sleeve shirt with the Hano symbol on the right shoulder.

Description of the character's personality: He is a very relaxed person, who likes to joke and have fun but is serious when it comes to battle.
History: Kano started as a normal ninja. Coming from the Hano clan, he was naturally born to use water style ninjutsu. As he grew up, he naturally progressed through the rankings, becoming a Jōnin at age 15. Through his training, he had started to use a sword that he called Hailstorm. One day while on a mission, his entire team was wiped out, along with his best friend, by a group of rogue ninja. He felt an unimaginable pain, and did not want anyone else to feel that. That day he swore that he would wipe out all rogue ninja so that they could not cause havoc upon the world anymore. He started an organization called Roguhanta, and along with them they take out rogue ninja for a profit.
