Title: Some help needed guys

Hey all I'm making this mod for nuns3 fullburst where i change the hokage robe mod for naruto into orange like the fan arts. I did it tex mod way but then Minato's textures changed as well......  plus i want to make it permanent like the xfbin files so i followed this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KEYmsRFHJiM 


from 6:34 on wards he goes on to delete the stuff before 00000s. This part i am completely clueless. I have asked him thrice but he gives no response, Just need some help from anyone who has experience in modding the game.
