Title: Jutsu variety

I heard that their would be about 20 jutsus each with 3 levels (so 60 per element)
but it would be nice if you could add more because variety of jutsus is very important for
me.

And also it would be kind of annoying when all the strong ninja just use the same jutsus
when they fight

I don't know what game provides you with 40 jutsus... ( 2 chakra natures )

I see that it's pretty enough.

And  since there will be 5 chakra natures, that's 100 jutsus..

60 per nature is more than enough to start out with.

If every standalone jutsu will have three levels then presume you can use level 1 of a jutsu even though you might have mastered it's level 3 that makes it 60 jutsu per nature, so 120 per 2 natures. Now why'd you want to use a lvl 1 justu if you've mastered lvl 3 of the very same jutsu? Maybe you'll be low on chakra and you'll need a jutsu that consumes less...
