Hairstyle: mid-long spiky hair, a bit longer then naruto's and the spikes face down.

Hair color: Very dark brown, almost looks black
Eye color: Brown
Blood type: O
Primary chakra nature: Water
Village: Village hidden by the Ocean(I LIKE DAT THING SO MUCH @EternalEyes)
Clan: None, he will create an organization of fearsome bounty hunters known throughout the whole Universe of Narussimu!!!
Good or evil at heart?: Good

Description of the character's personality: Timid, Brave, selfless, bold,  smart and he is no genius he trains for his skills!!!

Description of the character's history:He was one of the last survivors of a great but unknown war. When he was just a baby his village got destroyed by the hidden Volcano. He and his parents were gonna die too, but then something mysterious happened: The baby screamed and cried, then the ocean raised out of nothing but ground and it flooded everyone away. however the one Volcano shinobi that infiltrated his house managed to kill his parents before getting destroyed by the awesome power of this baby. Before  he infiltrated, the parents of the child wrote his name on his belly in a seal formation. So taht he would never forget who he is or what he stands for. The ocean he let rise washed him away to the Hidden Ocean and there he started a new life as an Orphan who wanted nothing more then get revenge for the death of his parents by destroying all of the bad guys. He doesnt hold a grudge against the hidden volcano because he knows not everyone there is like that. What he doesnt know is that he is the son of the third kage of his previous village: the village hidden by the arrows.

Honestly I'm really digging this. Sorry my village's previous leadership killed his parents. @CaptainSpoon Can you specify where this minor Village Hidden in Arrows was located?
