from what i know, there will be unoccupied villages wich u will be able to claim. i dont know if there are any requirements to do that tho

Nope claiming unoccupied villages won't be implemented.

IDK about buying buildings in the big villages tho

Buildings could definitely be done. Obviously a building wouldn't be just yours, as we can't make 100k buildings. But in a village, people would be able to buy a building and have their own instance of that building if you get what I'm saying.
