Description of the character's personality: Kotetsu is an ambitious shinobi who wants to be hidden village kage once.

Description of the character's history: Kotetsu was born in the Dosu family but his mother died at birth, his father was an exiled shinobi and was killed as a kotestu 5 years. Kotestu was alone and vowed to become the best shinobi. He trained every day to become stronger and stronger. He always stole food to survive, so he was not very welcome in his village because of which he wants to hidden village kage.
