Hey guys, i have an idea of how anbu forces can work in every hidden village and i'd like to hear your thoughts about it. Every village can have anbu forces, for them it will be necessary that the Kage of a village choose a anbu leader, the anbu leader can recruit new shinobi as it seems (for example after a player has filled out the application entering the minimum information such as name , clan, village, specialized ninjutsu / taijutsu, motivation, etc.) and after the application, the Anbu leader can decide whether to accept, reject or require a test of skill. Each village can choose to have that chain of command (example: recruit, murderess, hunter, captain and anbu leader). the anbu take orders only from their leaders anbu which in turn take orders only from the village Kage. The anbu missions could be like: protecting information, escorting targets, killing targets, track down and capture the rogue ninja, spy on people or territories, but the most important mission that is always to protect the Kage and the village at any cost.

I don't think they'd really need to fill out an application if there are already going to be Shinobi Information Cards (I *believe* that's a thing, yes? Not entirely sure as of yet), and I'm pretty certain every single potential 'ANBU' member will end up being tested for skill, intelligence and --most importantly-- loyalty...or at least, I happen to think it'd be a pretty bad idea to just accept someone of a high skill level into the "hand of the Kage", as it were. I like the idea of very skilled players being ANBU, but I'd prefer that the actual bodyguard of four shinobi be AI -- with the highest ranking (or second highest ranking) ANBU-Players being able to be hand-selected by the Kage to accompany them both within the village, and without, where the AI squad won't be able to follow, given that they're assigned to the range of the village(s). Mainly, this is due to the fact that players are more often than not *semi-active*, so the place where the Kage ALWAYS needs protection (said village) will more than likely have to be covered by elite AI and rag-tag groups of players the Kage trusts (that are also online from time to time).
Apart from that, everything else here seems fine -- good suggestion, if basic (but hey, you can't lay a house without a foundation, right?). Hopefully there are others with more creative additions to this topic -- I think it has the potential to grow from this point.

thank you so much, I think it is anbu ia is more suitable to stay in the village or in its borders, then any anbu ia would only patrol in my opinion, for other types of missions there are players. :)

I don't think they'll be named ANBU bc of copyright but the idea will most likely stay the same (spec-ops shinobi of high skill that serve as recons/hunters/bodyguards etc.)
As of recruiting them, I think that's up to the Kages themselves?

I don't think the methods of recruitment for a village's special ops should be made public. Imo, this is classified information only a select group of individuals should have.

I actually do like the idea of the kage assigning an anbu leader, who takes the burden of recruiting anbu members away from the kage and all.

It will vary from Village to VIllage, from the small details like whether or not ANBU will be called ANBU, SSF or Power Rangers to the big details like whether they will specialise in hunting rogues, high level missions or maintaing peace.
