Title: Hand Seals

Will hand seals start slower and then become faster as you go through the game? Also, will jutsu require less hand seals as you master the jutsu? Like, Chidori, for example. As you learn Lightning Blade, will Chidori require less or any hand seals?

I think the rate of hand seals should be indeed slow at first and get faster as you become more skilled in ninjutsu. It's only logical, as forming actual hand seals is much harder than just pressing keys.

Shorter versions of jutsu at a higher level of mastering will be considered in the future.
