Can someone please teach me how to use photoshop to the best of my abilities? Or maybe draw like @RaphoZentel? Like honestly, I'm a willing and hardworking student ;). Ill do it no matter how long it takes, I just don't like being someone who doesn't really have a skill on SLO. Plus I'd like to help out other people with designs and stuff, never been interested in this kind of stuff until now. Eh if anyone takes me on, then thanks :P :P :D

Although there are many online tutorials and videos on photoshop... but having someone teach you will always be better.... unless you're a genius.
Or you can join a PS workshop or course or anything in your neighborhood

I agree with Toratsume's advice, just start by following some basic tutorials found on youtube.
By doing those several times you will slowly get used to the tools of photoshop and gradually get to know how to do certain effects.
All of my 'skill' in photoshop was due to the countless of signatures I've created (started out by following a tutorial, after that trying to recreate the tutorial without 'cheating by looking at the video if I forgot') And so you get to know some of the tools photoshop has.
You don't magically become better at it, you just have to do it and get some experience.
One of the very first tutorials I did was this one:

Honestly, you're better off just getting photoshop, if you can't "pay" for it, there are always other ways ;p.
I bought a certain bundle from adobe for my school (creative cloud) so I got access to most creative programs Adobe has to offer (I paid like somewhere in the 100s for a full year.)
GIMP is.. not quite sure how to say it.
You're better off just learning photoshop, it's much better (trust me on that one.)

I just got photoshop off those "other methods".... it cost me 2 fingers but i got it, :) Now teach me @Nova
