So until the release of slo its going to be pretty boring this year so i am looking for some cool possibly free to play games (dont care if its p2w) just make sure the game meets these criteria
-Leveling: slow leveling so i can play the game for a while without zooming through it
-Character: Decent character creation/customization where its possible to make a totally diffrent character from everyone else without buying aesthitics
-open world or at least a big instance world
-A balance of pve and pvp
lemme know some cool games because i am bored.

Go look it up, I just provided titles, Lol. Some I haven't played myself, but I'm sure they fit your criteria.

Aura Kingdom is pretty awesome, there is a Sky Tower like a tower in SAO, 100 floors and all that shitz, also you get a main class and pick a sub class, some got combo skills, you should try pserver one tho, lvling isn't fast, its low rates, but stuff are more free, since Aeria games makes game quite heavy on your pocket

I've been playing Naruto Online for a while now. The leveling is pretty fast at the beginning but later on you'd wish there was more exp. It's a turn based game where you can make your own squad by acquiring ninja fragments to recruit said ninja. There's a lot to do and the game is not heavily p2w.
Pretty fun, got me addicted.

Black Desert isn't free to play btw, prices vary depending on your currency and which edition you get
I liked Guild Wars 2 while I was playing it, which went free to play not too long ago

i would say final fantasy xiv (14) you do have to pay monthly subscription but in all honstly it's dam well mother fucking worth it and it's not even expensive so that a bonus and they add new content every 1-2 weeks and your not stuck with 1 class you can start as a marauder and half way through you can go "fuck it i wanna do magiks" so you can go do magic crap
