Title: How do i start the game?

Well first i downloaded the game and it saids to do this which im confused "There should be 'SLO 1.0.9.9.x86 (1)_Data'
folder next to the executable" and i dont know what it means really so if u can help me thanks

uhh no i did not rename it i just clicked onto  the download button then i waited and i opened it then it just said that

If there is a '(1)' attached to the file, try taking that out the name. If not, ensure that you've downloaded the correct version for your pc. If you aren't a donator don't download the donator edition.

If all else fails, delete the curent file and try downloading it again. Unfortunately there aren't any mods around but that is all the advice I can give to you. Hope I could help.

There would only be a (1) if you've downloaded 2 copies...

If it gives you the error There should be 'SLO 1.0.9.9.x86 (1)_Data'
folder next to the executable" it means that you've downloaded the game twice, and the reason it's not working is because the name of the executable file can't be changed otherwise it won't work.
To fix it either delete the SLO 1.0.9.9.x86(1).exe and run the regular SLO 1.0.9.9.x86.exe or simply remove the '(1)' from the name and run it then.

So i encountered the same problem and everytime i would try to redownload it it would say folder next to executabe or something like that and it would just pop up out of no where...

Solution: This means that there is already a download and you must search for it in your computer files even though its probably not on your desktop. Search the files in your computer's download and when you find the SLO app (btw it doesnt look official) then you have to double click it and you might have to wait a minute or two for it to show up...
