I know it will be possible to leave my starting village.
However will it ever be possible to rejoin? or join another?
And if so, would it matter whether or not the village is an ally or foe? Or at war against my original village?
Also, what if the clan I joined is exclusive to the village I started in? Would I still be a member of that clan despite being in another village that the clan is not based in?

You could always rejoin/migrate to your home village and to other villages.
About the ally or a foe thing i have no clue, I think that depends whether they let you in..
And the clan thing that will also most likely depend on the clan that you're in.

Igarashi doesn't have a main village to begin with, so that still doesn't quite help Manuster.
He talked about what if I joined a village specific clan.
Some other clans allow other villages, but their main village will be where most of them come from, Himitsu allows migrating etc, but our main base will be in thunder for example.
So it's not just the igarashi, I only added Himitsu as an example because I know some stuff about the Himitsu. There could be other clans who do the same thing.
