Title: Bad Youtube Video Quality

I record on camtasia in a resolution set for youtube.
My render settings are set to HD so why do my videos upload and look 360p (no exaggeration)

My videos look fine in the editor of camtasia and in my mp4 file but are hideous when uploaded to youtube.

You're probably recording in HD but editing in a lower quality making the video quality go down.
Hmu on Skype with what you do after recording and we can work out the issue there. :)

figuered out problem. You are uploading them in hd its you dont have automatic hd quality selected. hover over the vid while watching and click the gear then qualtiy
