Title: Global auction house or black market
Post by: Chakra on March 11, 2016, 07:16:37
What if every clan or village has its own secret jutsu and someone steals it and for his/her effort they can learn it and sell the original scroll in the auction house  and the clan that lost the scroll can get it back but other clans also want it so the clan that bids higher gets it

Bear in mind that the 5 chakra natures are no longer possible to be obtained since Vreg isn't going to have them either. But he did mention something about a black market, so yh.

Commas and full stops can go a long way, but that's just me being picky.

But yea a global auction house sounds cool, or like a neutral/central village where anyone can enter shinobi or rogue. Essentially a trades town of sorts... Like the Sabaody Archipelago island in one piece.

A global auction-house in this type of game could be...good an bad. With a global market, the villages might not be as self/alliance-reliant as they *should* be. A neutral village where anyone can go would be more interesting, but it'd have to be strong enough on its own--talking competent NPCs--to keep the peace within its territory...certainly wouldn't want two villages going head to head INSIDE of your own.

Sort of like if the Hidden Waterfall decided to become a global trade-hub; neutral enough to allow for free-trade, but powerful enough to protect said free-trade.

Plus, this kind of setup would allow for some...interesting scenarios. For example: A group of nin go to sell a certain item within said neutral-village's borders, but are sold-out by an insider and subsequently ambushed by a raiding party *just* before they can make it within the neutral--"Base!"--boundaries.
