Title: My problem with SLO

I just recorded what SLO is like for me @Vreg  this started happening like 3 updates ago.

It's basically unplayable for me, and I know that its not the distance, cause I've had buttery smooth FPS and connectivity 3 updates ago and it changed very recently.

Is there something that I can do to change this or something?
