Kono and Mai are both citizens of the hidden hill Kono being the 17th leader of the Maindo Clan also owns a petshop in the land of hill,good at taking care of animals thinks that soon he will be weak and old he needed a son to take over the leadership of the Maindo Clan.
Years passed..
Kano and Mai had a son and named him Saino like his father he is trained for maindo clan technique's but soon Kano needed to spy on a village to help get information for the hidden hill like what other clan members always does after his father's departure,he trained under medical trainings and clan jutsu's with his clan,then a sad news came that his father got in jailed in a a village his spying to,He can't do anything to help his father and because his in jail he bacame the temporary leader of the clan because of his father's leave but the clan members and the council thinks his too young to lead being voted to give the leadership to Siano Maindo a part of the Maindo Clan council (now a leader),He agrees to his clan members wants and set a goal for himself once his father come back he will be a strong shinobi of the hidden and he continued to developed his skills.

I suggest resizing your clan logo, as it is way too large xD
Other then that looks good, but the story is a little bit short imho, if you want to you could try and add some more to make it more in-depth

Also, there won't be a Yin Yang chakra nature.

There are only Fire, Water, Wind, Lightning and Earth.

In my scouring of the forums I've seen yin and yang chakra natures and no chakra nature at all, kinda curious what the deal is with your nature. It's cool you own a pet shop!
