Hey there, so I have a few ideas for you guys. I know how hard making a game is and keeping the members of your forums entertained. I So I thank a both cool and useful role to add just before the game comes out is Adding the Event master or EM. It could be a role that deals with the Entertainment part of shinobi online. Some of you guys maynot agree with adding such a role but as stated, iit's just a suggest. Being that this is such a cool concept, i thank adding this could work out really great actully. Let me know what you guys thank.

So you're saying we need someone to organize events and stuff?

I guess what I am saying that yes. I mean sure the developers could do events and whatnot. But I think having a organization dedicated to doing events would be pretty reliable.

Staff do occasionally host events, though nothings stopping non-staff members from doing it themselves too :D

True. I Was just looking at this as a way to relieve heavy workloads from the mods. I see where you are coming from though.

Normally what I see from rp servers is the EM is reserved for a high ranking super admin as he can see over the game.
Not only that but a very trustworthy person should be chosen and if he or she isn't active a possible multitude of EMs will have to be instated.

Yeah that is true sometimes. But in most games I played and that type of role is usually held by GM's.. BASICALLY the in Game police. What my suggestion is kind of like that but only deals with events. EVent masters doesn't necessarily have to have any administration power within the game. Just basically think of them as the masterminds of the shinobi online universe. This suggestion is to keep a non stop flow of Entertainment and fun going.

we already had someone on the development team, who hosted an event, long story short, he was useless
given a useless job -> hosted an event too early -> not enough people signed up -> stripped of his useless job -> left the forums

It's just in my belief if done right it could be beneficial. Sure it's your personal opinion That it's a useless job, but if events are going to run here I think it needs a consistent flow. Of course if this was used you would have to find members who are dedicated. I am NOT saying by any means hire a whole group of random unexperience players. You just a team or organization conducted and run by the staff to keep a conflict flow of events coming to shinobi online. Obviously it's going to take a lot of morning organization as far as making this work and planning. Do understand what your saying though.
