Title: I can't enter the game

Hi! I have downloaded the game today, but when I have to create a character the game says No username spicified.

What can I do?

Hi I can't entrer the game  say  "(Connection attempt failed, possibly because of internal connectivity problems)".

How good is your internet? and did you download the correct 'version'?
For a simple speed test for your internet just go to Speedtest (http://www.speedtest.net/)
Or try again now, because the servers should be up.

That error is usually caused by a firewall, try turning your firewall off and see if the issue is resolved, in case it is turn it back on and make an exception for the game client.
