Title: Jutsus don't hit

(sorry for my bad english, im portuguese).

Hello, when im in the game, I do chidori, and i can't hit another player, i stand in ffront of another player, and the jutsu don't hit.
And sometimes when i run with chidori and i left click, the jutsu dont land, but sometimes that doesn't happen.
I don't know whats going on.
I have 1 desktop and 1 laptop.
The desktop: Pentium 4 3.0GHz and AMD Radeon 9600 Series, 1 GB Ram.
Laptop: Core i5 4420, NVIDIA Geforce 820 and 6GB Ram.
Its rare tu play the game above de 40 FPS.

You probably live far away from the server and or have slow internet.
SLO will get more servers in the future, don't worry.

And laptops usually dont really perform good with SLO.
Atleast thats what i have with macbooks ...
