When a village is in a war with another or a organization attacks a village will the village buildings, floor etc be able to break? For example in the naruto series when they showed flashbacks of the rain village it was always ravaged by war so will war cause differences in scenery or will it just be killing?

Houses and terrain will be damaged by war, powerful jutsu and chakra beasts. I assume it will regenerate naturally soon after.

I think that terrain should not regenerate naturally I think it should require the village paying for it to be rebuilt or something of that sort.

You got some great questions but what if a village has no money due to low population how will they rebuild everything then?

I agree, but what if a kage doesn't want to abandon his village. I think that if their is no money at all then they should abandon but if they choose not to i think they should borrow money from their ally vill.age or something of that sort

If the Kage has no money or no allies, and doesn't want to abandon his/hers village, then he will have to figure out a way. Wether that's begging other villages or stealing money. It's the Kages problem

True, but I'm talking about if the village was raided and got f***ed over. Of course the Kage might have money in his/her bank, but due to the village getting raided and looking like a mess. The Kage may resign and the village will be Kageless with no to vote for a new one.

Well in that case the village is really fucked.

There's probably clans or organizations in the village or region that could help in rebuilding... This why villages should make allies lol

Tbh,a village won't be left abandoned. If it got bad and the Kage couldn't repair the village it could just get reset. If it was left "abandoned" we'd be left with 2 villages that rival each other with huge population because the other ones got abandoned.
A village could get something like a yearly rank title.
So, "4 Years with no reset" would be like <<Survived ****>> but maybe something better.. 8 years could be <<Unbeatable ****>> as 8 *s would become too long.. Maybe they go from bronze to silver but yeah.. The village should be reset if it goes bankrupt and destroyed. Just abandoning it would be pointless.. All that concept art and work the devs put in just to be left abandoned because players became shit Kages lol.

It won't cause you'd just get a clan based on that village. Who wouldn't want a village all for yourself?
Kinda like a restart but way more realistic.

The thing is, people like to be original.
If there is a village with no one there people will want to be the first settlers and become the rulers of the new age. The village will grow with hipsters who want to be different to everyone else until it is as big as a normal village. Once it has grown to that size people will probably stop joining as quickly.
If it got destroyed, it would lose members and the cycle would repeat

Yea especially if it gets really big the village would be less likely to be completely destroyed to the point that people would leave it
