when slo is finished, will their be squads? I understand that it is nearly impossible to make squads like in the naruto anime with a team led by a jonin and 3 genin seeing as how not everyone will be on at the same exact time every day. So, I guess what I'm trying to ask is. Will their be missions were a squad is needed to complete them? Or is the majority of the game going to be played on your own?

I imagine squads to work like this:
You have an option to start a squad at Jonin rank and you pick 3 gennin friends to join your squad, or 3 random players, whatever you want. You then can accept squad missions which can give more rewards (Bonus squad money, jutsu as a rare reward and so on) and you'd have to try arrange a time for all of your squad to come on to achieve your mission. (Getting four people on at once shouldn't be hard) but you can accept small missions to accomplish with friends and so on. You could even team with another squad to do collab squad missions that offer even greater rewards and greater chance for rare jutsu.

Oh ok that would explain the jonin-genin team aspect. But what about squads consisting of 4 Chunin and or jonin to complete more high rank mission? For example: when a village wants to start a war they would send a group of 4 to scout the enemy village.

Then those squads will be assigned by the Kage at the time.
So whatever player is Kage at that specific time could have a window pop up for squad assigning with a list of the current village ninja. If the Kage felt lazy they could click a "Random" button that'll auto assign the teams into 4 chunin or 3 chunin and a jonin etc etc.
