Anything from Naruto will obviously have copyright issues and therefore will not be added to the game. With that in mind you can still expect a similar jutsu just changed and renamed a little.

Its possible that you wont find an answer to your question sometimes.
Then its oke to ask since the F.A.Q is a bit outdated imo.
