i want to know how to rescale these one by one.

this anbu equipment are not my models but I,m going to place them on my own model i am creating. But I don't know how to lower there scale please lumen help a brother out.

I don't know how to do this in blender, but from what I see the models you downloaded are from naruto3dmodels or a similar site so the objects are linked one to another thus the program recognize them as being one object only. You will have to select one object at a time and detach it. After this, there must be a scaling tool.

EDIT: Or you may rescale the object made by you, because from what I see those objects compared to the grid are not that small.
Also a "@Lumen " would help catching his attention :)

thx but im still confused my model could be re scaled but these cant in the same way?

O U O I don't use blender, but you'd generally separate them as different elements OR use sub-object mode to select BY element(a connection of polygons forming geometry), then scale up.

I think you just have to go to edit mode, then you select one part you want to separate, then press P and click on Selected. I think
