Mechanics for Voting
READ BEFORE VOTING
Only registered voters listed as candidates will receive your votes.

Only votes from registered voters are considered valid.
You are given two chances to vote for candidates: 1 from your corresponding village and 1 for a second candidate from other village you deem worthy to win.
Second candidates must be from other villages. "The Shinobi world is still centralized at the moment so inter-election is possible. (^_^)"
Step 1. Cast your votes by clicking on the candidates in the poll. If you are a candidate, click on your name then click your second candidate's name.
Step 2. Send me a personal message containing the names of the persons you voted.
It is necessary to perform these two steps. The votes from the poll must correspond to that of the personal messages I have received. This is done for traceability since anyone, including unregistered voters, can click on the poll. The poll is just the visual representation of the election which may not coincide if an unregistered person clicks on the poll. Hence, votes from personal messages are considered the ultimate valid votes.
All registered voters should cast their votes, otherwise it will be subtracted to the total vote percentage the candidates could have received.
The percentage of your votes at the end of this stage is counted as Popularity Test score.
Everbody will proceed to the second test after all votes were given.
You will receive a notification if your votes are valid.

PARTIAL RESULT of POPULARITY TEST
Here is the result of the first stage of election, Popularity Test.
The 16 candidates from the 24 registered voters. A total of 48 points (46 since @Kayleb has not voted yet).
Each point is multiplied by 10 (i.e. 5 votes x 10 = 50 points) and will be accumulated through the stages. To become a Kage a total of 225 is required after the three stages.

Below are your personal messages. There should be 24 screenshots from 24 registered voters, but we only have 22 (Kayleb's is not yet available and Vreg's is not necessary).

Should there be any discrepancy, please inform me immediately. Kayleb is still in the running and his other vote is to be distributed to whomever. However, failure to submit his votes on August 4, 2015 will disqualify him.
We shall begin the second stage this July 25, 2015.
